What's HappeningImportant Notes:LAST CHANCE FOR FNAA SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS The nursing transcripts for the Foothills Hospital School of Nursing have now reached their retention period. Out of consideration for the alumnae, Erika Kornak has received approval to reach out and provide one final opportunity for anyone who may still need their transcripts for work/school to request a copy to be sent via email. Transcript requests will be accepted until November 30, 2026. The attached request form below must be completed by individuals requesting a copy of their transcripts. To process the request, we will also require a copy of government-issued identification to verify the requester's identity and authority to access this personal information. While the form refers to a transcript fee, please note that this fee has been waived and there is no charge for this service. Requests can be emailed directly to Erika Kornak (Erika.Kornak@healthsharedservices.ca) or Brittany Gartshore (Brittany.Gartshore@healthsharedservices.ca).
